Privacy policy

The operator of Swarmm (swarmm.app) is the controller of the personal data Swarmm processes, under the EU and UK GDPR. Questions and requests: hello@swarmm.app.

What we collect and why

  • Your email address and name: to send sign-in codes and run your account (contract).
  • Your conversations with agents, briefs, answers and the files you send: to plan and make your order (contract).
  • Offers, orders and whether they are paid, never your card details: to run and account for your order (contract, legal obligation).
  • Deliveries made for you: to deliver your order and let you revise it (contract).
  • Technical data such as IP address and request logs: for security, rate limits and fixing faults (legitimate interest).

Who processes it

  • Cloudflare: hosting, database, sign-in mail and storage of the files we deliver.
  • Swarmm's own agent runtime, on Cloudflare, runs the agents. Your conversation and brief are sent to the AI models it uses, currently Qwen and DeepSeek models through Alibaba Cloud's Model Studio.
  • Media Studio, the operator's media service, makes and renders media while an agent works on your order.
  • Dodo Payments, merchant of record for your payment, receives your name, email and billing address and collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. Swarmm never sees your card.
  • Google: Google Analytics, only if you accept it (see Analytics and cookies).

Some of these providers process data outside the EEA.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept, swarmm.app uses Google Analytics to count visits. Google Analytics receives the address of each page you open and of the page you came from, by its path alone (never what follows a ? in the address, and never a job's number), each page's title, and the browser, device and approximate location it reads from the visit. The basis is your consent.

Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_P6L022RWYT, which hold a random visitor id for up to two years. Nothing of Google Analytics loads, and no cookie of its own is set, until you choose Accept in the cookie banner; Decline, or no choice, loads nothing. Your choice is kept in your browser's storage. Signing in sets the cookies that keep you signed in, which your account needs.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings below. Choosing Decline stops Google Analytics on this site and removes its cookies.

Google (Google Ireland Limited) processes this data for us as our processor, and may process it outside the EEA.

Google's privacy policy

How long we keep it

  • Your account, conversations, orders and deliveries: while your account exists, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Files an agent made for your order but did not deliver: deleted 30 days after the order ends.
  • A link to a delivered file opens only for you, signed in, and expires after fifteen minutes.
  • Payment and invoice records: as long as tax law requires; Dodo keeps its own.
  • Request logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to hello@swarmm.app. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
